CartoonRama

It’s funny how reality hits me so severely and robbed me
off blogging for so many months!

So here I am, defying all odds simply to burn away some spider webs…
Well, life has been like a CartoonRama for me and I love it!
A mundane tale to some kids and a bore to many.

Just so you know, I have cartoon-ized some people in my life.
They are a bunch of amazing people whom I adore.

Oh! and living life on a fast lane has its consequences.
But I’m not complaining.
2009 is definitely like riding a choo choo train..

Choo Choo…Pom Pom Pom…Choo Choo..

Shucks man. Got sucked into the whole Thomas & Friends Saga.

Do you know what Love can do?... No?

Well, Love cast out all fears…

On a side note…

What?? The last time I blogged was January? Well, definitely a lot has changed since then.

Relationships and friendships have been put to test. Which is a good thing!

Working life has been really enjoyable and at the same time, a learning curve.

Well, at the end of the day, I’m still very much into the reward system, if I work hard,

I play harder too! Something I have learned from my previous boss, Selina the Kimora.

Now that I’m working for Dennis, things have surely taken a paradigm shift.

I no longer work from 9am to 5pm. Its more of a 24/7 revolving around the

clock kind of lifestyle. But at the same time, I get to work at my own pace.

Gotta admit that, working with this young chap is definitely an experience,

with 5 years of working experience under his belt. I ought to be the most

blessed girl to be able to learn everything from him.

In just a period of two months, I’ve mastered the art to run the whole company,

well, the hard way. For example, I hit a few walls and shed a few tears before

I learn the real trick. But all in all, Den has been a great teacher who provided

me with a lot of room to improve myself. And since I’m from the PR industry,

doesn’t take me long to know how to handle people I need to

work closely with.

While I manage Mosaic comfortably, Den is working his ass off making sure his

album will be launched within dateline. This could be the album of the year,

the works and effort that Den has put in definitely will be able to touch lives and

gain faithful listeners and affect music lovers.

DarlingDon on the other hand, has been sharing lots about what he intend to do

in future and things he sees us doing together. He’s similarly working his hearts

out trying to make sure everything he visualizes will be materialized.

A doer and goal hitter! That’s what I truly admire about him. But dear, sometimes,

I wish we can just take a break and enjoy the now, the process toward achieving

that medal. Let’s take out time to smell the roses and just enjoy the breeze.

It’s on the way to our destination anyway. =) *imagine us holding hands,

grey hair, walking inch by inch….(deep exhale)… so beautiful…*

Oh Lord, please bless the works of thy servants' hands....

I have always been the positive one, be it among my family members, my relationship

as well as friendships, I’m never afraid to strive hard and give my level best.

I know I have the upper hand because If God is for me, who shall be against me?

I never thought anything was too impossible, you just need to be resourceful.

All you need to do is just ask. =) Mom has always emphasized that, we,

as children of God, are always the blessed ones. Just walk the talk,

and praise him all the time! Want to know what’s the key to one’s success?

Well, Faith is the key and Prayer unlocks the doors!

Also, I recently came back from Melbourne, Australia, to find that Malaysian

is truly blessed with job opportunities as well as the very low cost of living.

Our country’s economy is almost unperturbed compared to others.

So start counting your blessings and thank God you’re a Malaysian. =)

Oh trust me! Shopping in Australia is heavenly. And I had to give up converting

and comparing the price in Australia at one point. The whole process is just

tedious and also because I don’t want to go into depression and then start

having nightmares about me overspent and calculator went missing or my

purchased was not worth it and Malaysia had better options.

Not worth killing the brain cells.

But out of the 6 days I spent in Melbourne, I got to say, not a penny was wasted.

I came home recharged, had more fresh ideas to toy around with.

Unwind all my pain over just a week’s holiday. Had a fabulous time with my Angels,

Quentin and Stanley…Shirley, Brana and Philip! Most importantly,

I met someone new.. My God son, Asher!

Well, the was all good….Now, on the contrary,

The sore was when I hit LCCT, Malaysia’s airport, at 6.30am on a Sunday morning.

I started working the moment I landed. Pffft! Went home to bathe and changed

and went for a meeting at 10.30am to meet a Datin in Sime Darby Convention Centre.

Oh well… I think people have a term for that.. its called reality or something along

that line. Not important. Till I have the time to blog again… Cheers and God Bless!

When my world was in darkness.. You spoke your word.. Night turned into day...

Forever I will praise.

Always zealous,

Steph

What do I think is Romantic? Holding hands while walking under the hot sun on a usually busy street, smiling, don’t have to speak much but share the mutual understanding and of love in abundance and support till end of times….Seeing rainbows after a fervent prayer reminded His promises. Fallen leaves. Reading while it’s raining outside. Give Sugar a bathe together. Cleaning the house. You sweep my fringe. Whispers. Breakfast. Coffee. Silence. Poems via sms. Parks. Bicycles. Your Smile. Patience. Humor. Playing with my earrings. Sincerity. Truth. Blessings from Parents. Pecks. Memories. Going through our pictures together. The Wedding Planner movie. Friends getting married. Strollers. Old Couples. Sinatra. Omelet’s. Your big Jacket keeping me warm in the cinema. Prayers. Stroking your hair. Rome. Couple Tees. Kindness. Trust. Hopes. Our vision with purity.

These are the things that remind me of you during a season where lovebirds are mystically lovely…. There are more, but I have to get back to work.
Blessed Valentines to all of you.

Love you Dear,
Your Baby

PS: Thanks for the Rihanna concert tickets. I can’t wait.

What's up nine?

About the pictures I’m going to share with you.
Some are just wrong.
Oh well, we’re just living up to what Selina the Kimora always believes in.
‘We work hard, we play harder!’

So yes, that was my gift for sore working experience last year. Lol.
Now that we’ve stepped into a new year,
I just can’t wait to see all the goodness that it will bring.
With so many greats plans laid on the table, I ought to make a greater difference this year.

Chinese New Year is round the corner!
And I get to spend quality time with both my sexy grandparents and love ones.
Eat my hearts out and sleep till the sunshine kisses my face.
Looking back, I see 2008 as a year full of illustrious memories.
2009 will not lack any of it, but in greater abundance it will come our way. Amen?

Let me share with you a lil’ secret agent 09’ once told me.
“2009 is already looking very promising for many of you.”
So Cheers!!!

Dream team arrived in Denpasar airport, Bali.

what suppose to be a 4 days 3 night trip, turn out looking like a 14 days trip.
Look at the size of those luggages. Aiyor....

The driver trying to figure out a way to squeeze everything into the vehicle.
See!! my poor pink hard case luggage waiting to be seated.

On our way to Hotel!

Here we are! White Rose Hotel in Kuta!

First Stop in Bali - Lunch with the view of a paddy field. Sweet...
Now We know where Rice comes from.

Second stop after check-in- full body Spa~

Two hours of being molested I mean massage by
good masseuse is worth every bone being pampered.

2nd day in Bali - visited ancient temples and scenic places.

went for our chill out drink at one of the clubs.

Selina enjoying her cuppa after a long day in real desire.

We went to visit some Art Gallery too.
where Selina and BFF bought like donkey amount of paintings to bring back to Malaysia.

Some salah pictures. Dream team trying to imitate the 7 goddess in the painting.
Bidadari... Goddess right? or Angel? Lol!

Long awaited Group Picture!

Don't ask me why. But I find this man's helmet quirky.

Where those came from... there's more here..
Who on earth wears a hammock helmet when biking... Gosh!

We went to teh much talkabout Tanah Lot.
Almost fainted due to the heat, darn humid I tell you.

Woo hoo!! Tour guide told us that lots of Monkey fell off the cliff and died here.
Bali version of 12 apostles.

Then the tour guide con us by bringing us to some weird Silver Factory Outlet.
Things were expensive like mad!
Who would buy a Silver Mariah Carey Butterfly ring look alike for 2.3 million Rupiah?
I might as well buy Gold. Siao!

At the theatre to watch the great balinese dance show!

Titled 'as per above'

One of the many scene of the play.
The Alien Vs Predator like character is suppose to be Evil Spirit.

Another scene where all the men were about to kill themselves after possesed.
Darn scary, they poke themselves with the Keris.

Oh! Did I tell you, we're all Art afficionados now.
After the great influence by Selina, all the ladies invluding me bought paintings...
and above is one of my favourite. guess how much this cost?
